Refund policy
Returns:

All issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order for us to review it. Unfortunately, we cannot review possible issues reported after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Rough Seas LLC is not responsible for any shipping mistakes, lost packages or undelivered items.
From time to time, mistakes happen. If you believe there was a serious mistake with your order, we are happy to review it. If we deem the mistake was our fault we will replace the damaged item. We recommend getting pictures of the issue so we can better service your request.
Please note: We don’t remake or refund orders due to buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, wrong or inexact addresses, due to color matching or just a product that you didn’t expect to turn out as it did.
Rough Seas LLC is not responsible for any allergies or illness caused by our products. All ingredients and materials are labeled in detail on product pages and product labels.
Customers will be required to pay any shipping costs for returns to and from the manufacturer.
All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.
Returns and Exchanges must arrive back to us in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition. All garments must be returned in their original protective packaging with the original tags and, if applicable, hygienic liners attached. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed. Items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be refunded in full.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once returns have been processed.
Depending on your payment method, credit card companies may take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days for a refund to post to your bank account. We recommend contacting your credit card company if you feel there is an issue. If you would like to inquire on the status of your return, please provide us with the tracking number and your order number.
Price adjustment refunds on items that have decreased in price are available if you purchased the item up to 7 days prior to the decrease in price. Please contact us for your refund. The difference in price and applicable taxes will be refunded to the original payment method. Once the price adjustment is provided, the item will be considered Final Sale.
Please allow up to 14 days to be processed for refund from receipt at our facility.
If you would like to make changes to a return or exchange request, please contact us immediately for assistance. Please be advised if you have already received a refund or your exchange order has already shipped, we cannot offer any changes.
Any refunds will not include shipping costs.
Return to Sender:
In some cases, an order may be returned to us for the following reasons: Address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout; order was not collected in time; additional duties, taxes, and/or other customs fees were left unpaid; etc.
Please note that we are unable to reship your order and cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of the order being returned to us due to an error on our part.
You will receive a refund for the items within your order once they are received back at our warehouse.
